Deliveries are currently fulfilled by The E-Cig Shop via DHL.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

We currently ship to United Kingdom mainland.

Shipping to other regions may be arranged. Please contact us to discuss costs and timescales at hello@youraura.uk detailing where you would like us to arrange shipment to.
